From 0 to 1: FEB.SG Website Setup Guide

This guide will walk you through the entire process from account registration → domain selection → purchasing hosting → activating service → building a website using Plesk → setting up email.


1. Register an Account

Go to www.feb.sg

Click on the Account button in the top right corner, then Register.

Fill in your personal or company details:

  • Name / Company Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Login Password

After submitting, check your email and click the verification link to activate your account.

Now you have access to the Customer Center Account, where you can manage domains, hosting services, and billing.


2. Choose a Domain

Go to:

Services → Order New Servers

Choose a suitable plan under FEB CLOUD SUITE - Singapore

Enter your desired domain name (e.g., mybusiness.com) and click Search.

If the domain is available, add it to your cart.

Choose the registration period (1 year, 2 years, or longer).

💡 If you already have a domain, you can choose Transfer Domain instead.

For new domain registration, fill in the required information.

Set the nameservers to:

ns1.febcloud.net ns2.febcloud.net

Add to cart and proceed to checkout.

3. Make Payment & Activate Service

Here, you’ll need to add a payment card to pay for the selected services.

Complete your order and make the payment.

The system will automatically activate the service.

You will receive a confirmation email.

In the My Services section, you’ll see your purchased products.


4. Build Your Website Using Plesk

Go to your product page → click Log in to Plesk to access the control panel.

In Plesk, you can:

  • Upload your website files (via File Manager or FTP)

  • One-click install CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal

  • Create databases to support web applications

  • Configure SSL certificates (Plesk supports one-click Let’s Encrypt setup)

Once done, your domain will be live and accessible online.

5. Set Up Email

Go to your product page → click Log in to Plesk → navigate to Mail

Step 1: Create an Email Address

Go to Mail > Create Email Address

Enter:

Click OK to create the account.

Step 2: Test Webmail Access (Optional)

Open your browser and go to:
http://webmail.yourdomain.com

Log in using:

  • Your email address

  • Your password
