If you already own a domain, follow these steps to link it to our servers so your website and email work seamlessly:
Step 1: Choose Your Method
You can connect your domain using one of two methods:
-
Update Name Servers (Recommended)
-
Replace your current domain name servers with the ones provided by us.
-
This allows our platform to manage all DNS settings automatically.
-
-
Modify DNS Records
-
Keep your existing name servers.
-
Manually update specific records, such as:
-
A Record → Points your domain to our web server IP
-
CNAME Record → Redirects subdomains to your site
-
MX Record → Connects your domain to our email servers
-
-

Step 2: Access Your Domain Provider
-
Log in to the account where your domain is registered.
-
Find the DNS settings or Name Server settings section.
Step 3: Apply the Changes
-
For Name Server update: Replace existing NS records with ours.
-
For DNS record modification: Enter the IP addresses or hostnames we provide.
Step 4: Save and Wait
-
Save your changes.
-
DNS propagation can take up to 24–48 hours worldwide, though it often happens sooner.
Step 5: Verify Connection
-
After propagation, visit your domain to confirm your website loads correctly.
-
Check email functionality if you updated MX records.
