  • What is the Plesk control panel?

Plesk is a visual management panel that allows users to manage websites, databases, email, SSL certificates, and more through a graphical interface, eliminating the need for complex commands.

 

🌐 Purchase and Activation

  • How do I purchase VPS hosting (FEB CLOUD SUITE) on our website?

Select the appropriate plan → Add to cart → Register/Log in → Make a payment → Your hosting will be automatically activated and an activation email will be sent to you.

  • What payment methods are available?

We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods.

  • How long does it take to activate your hosting after purchase?

Once payment is complete, your hosting will be automatically activated, and you will typically receive an activation email within a few minutes.

 

🌐 Domain Name

  • Does the hosting plan include a domain name?

Not yet. We will be launching special offers that include free domain registration in the future. Stay tuned for announcements and promotions on our website.

  • I already have a domain name. Can I link it to your hosting?

Yes. Simply modify the DNS resolution of your domain name service provider to use our server addresses.
Our domain name server addresses are as follows:
Primary DNS: ns1.febcloud.net
Secondary DNS: ns2.febcloud.net

  • Do you support country domain names like .sg?

Yes. We support common international domains (.com / .net / .org / .sg, etc.) as well as country-specific domains. Please contact customer service for details.

  • How do I upload website files?

You can upload files using the Plesk file manager or an FTP tool like FileZilla.

  • Does it support databases?

MySQL/MariaDB databases are supported and can be created and managed within Plesk.

  • Does it support SSL certificates?

Yes. Plesk offers free SSL from Let’s Encrypt with one-click installation, and it also supports uploading commercial certificates.

  • Does it support multiple websites?

Depending on the plan, some support binding multiple domains and websites, while others only support a single website.

  • What programming languages ​​are supported?

PHP (multiple versions), HTML, and JavaScript are supported, with some plans also supporting Node.js and Python.

  • Does the plan include an email account?

Most plans include a business email account, which can be created and managed in the Plesk panel.

  • Is there a limit on email account capacity?

The capacity of each email account varies depending on the plan and can be viewed on the product details page.

  • How do I receive a renewal reminder?

The system automatically sends renewal reminders several times before the expiration date.

  • What happens if I don't renew?
