Go to Settings > Mail > Mail Accounts > Other > Add Account. 
Tap Add Mail Account. 
Enter:
Name (your name)
Email address
Password
Description 
Select IMAP or POP. 
Enter incoming and outgoing server details from Step 3.
Tap Save.
